Staging the Journey exhibition

In March-April 2004, Future Histories produced the exhibition Staging the Journey at MoDA (Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture) as part of Re-membering Black Performance project. The exhibition was based on the theatrical writings and productions of Edgar Nkosi White.

Abstract

Exhibition panels including scripts, news cuttings, photos, programmes, posters, and administrative documents from the Black Theatre Forum and Black Theatre Co-operative archives. The exhibition was complemented by rare items specially loaned by the private collector Alison Leacock.
